Measuring Your Scrubs and Caps
To measure the size of your medical scrubs, surgical caps, or other healthcare uniforms, follow these easy steps:
- Garment placement: Lay the scrubs or cap flat on a surface, ensuring it is not stretched or wrinkled.
- Bust/Chest: Measure the fullest part of your bust or chest with a measuring tape, making sure to keep the tape parallel to the ground.
- Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist with a measuring tape, usually at the natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hips with a measuring tape, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
- Inseam: For scrubs pants, measure the inside leg length from the crotch to the hem, following the contour of your leg.
